Alfa Forni ovens are engineered with a full combustion system, meaning the fire burns cleanly and efficiently without excessive soot, scorching, or heat flare at the oven mouth. This creates a safer cooking environment, cleaner food, and a more comfortable experience when working at the oven.
Alfa’s patented Heat Genius™ system intelligently manages heat across the base, dome, and airflow of the oven.
Unlike traditional ovens where heat escapes straight up the flue, Alfa’s Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System® recirculates hot air inside the chamber.
Thanks to advanced stainless steel engineering and proprietary refractory materials, Alfa ovens are significantly lighter than traditional masonry ovens.
The HeatKeeper® refractory brick, manufactured in Alfa’s Italian factory, retains heat better than lava stone or ceramic.
