That’s why we offer specialist delivery and installation services tailored to outdoor kitchens. Our goal is to remove hassle, reduce delays, and help you get cooking sooner.
Standard Pallet Delivery (Kerbside Only)
All outdoor kitchens are delivered securely via pallet courier (tail lift + pallet truck) to the kerbside of your property. The driver will place the pallet as close as safely possible — usually at the driveway entrance.
Free kerbside delivery is included for all outdoor kitchen orders within mainland UK (excluding remote postcodes).
Customer Requirements:

Access for a 7.5-tonne (or larger) delivery vehicle

Hardstanding surface (e.g. tarmac, concrete) required for pallet offload

Someone must be present to receive and sign for delivery

You’ll need 2+ capable individuals to move the kitchen units from kerbside to your desired location
- By placing an order, you confirm you can accept kerbside delivery at the address supplied; if delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no recipient or restricted access not caused by our error), we reserve the right to pass on the carrier’s actual costs for return to depot, storage, and redelivery.
Full Build & Installation (Optional Upgrade)
Our white glove installation service is designed for homeowners and commercial clients who want a turnkey experience. We handle the full build, installation, and positioning of all kitchen modules — so you don’t have to.
This includes:

Delivery of all kitchen modules

On-site build and secure placement of units

Fixing in place any built-in grills, sinks, or appliances

Basic testing of functionality (grills, fridges, sinks)

Removal of all packaging and pallet waste
Pricing is based on your kitchen’s total order value. All installation prices below are inclusive of VAT.

We know first-hand that most UK retailers don’t offer this level of service — and unfortunately, many customers find out too late that they're left to install these products themselves. We think that’s misleading — and we won’t let that happen to you.
What's Not Included
For clarity and to protect both parties, please note that the following are not included in any of our services unless agreed in writing:

Gas or electrical work beyond appliance hookup

Plumbing connections to water/waste systems

Structural work, groundworks, or wall-mounting

Installation of pergolas, shelters, or other non-kitchen structures

Assembly of non-Cotswold Cooking Company products

Grill commissioning or product training (beyond basic testing)
Your Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery and installation, you agree to:

Provide accurate access information at time of order (e.g. stairs, slopes, gravel paths, narrow gates)

Be on-site or arrange access on the agreed delivery/installation date

Ensure the site is ready, clear, and safe for installation to take place

Pay any applicable access surcharges if not disclosed in advance

Cover the cost of re-delivery or additional labour if the site is not accessible
Our Commitment & Limitations

All services are carried out by trained installers, insured and trusted by our team

If we cannot safely access the site or complete the job due to conditions beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the installation, and apply reasonable fees

We retain the right to refuse installation if it poses safety or legal risks
Free Delivery on Everything Else
Unless otherwise stated, all non-outdoor kitchen products on our website qualify for free standard UK delivery. That’s our ongoing commitment to great service, whatever you’re buying.
