Care & Maintenance
To maintain your wood-fired oven, regularly clean out ash and debris after each use to ensure proper airflow and efficient heating. Use a soft brush or scraper to remove soot and food residue from the interior. Season the oven by slowly heating it up with small fires to prevent cracks, especially after long periods of inactivity. Protect the oven from moisture by covering it when not in use and avoid exposing it to rain. Periodically inspect for cracks or damage, and seal any with appropriate refractory materials to extend the oven's lifespan. We will be able to help with any replacement parts.
